Shipping Policy and Delivery Disclaimer

Simple Start Digital provides digital services and may also sell physical merchandise, custom merchandise, printed products, branded materials, and other shippable items. This may include Simple Start Digital merchandise, customer-branded products, uploaded logo products, custom-designed logo products, printable materials, and items shipped to approved locations within Canada and the United States.

Digital Delivery

Most digital services are delivered electronically through email, website updates, online links, shared folders, digital files, documents, screenshots, platform updates, or another agreed digital delivery method.

Digital services are considered delivered once the agreed file, link, draft, recommendation, written copy, website update, design direction, report, profile update, or completed work has been sent, shared, published, uploaded, or made available to the client.


Physical Merchandise and Custom Products

For physical merchandise or custom printed products, customers may have the option to purchase Simple Start Digital merchandise, upload their own logo, request logo design for an additional fee, approve printable artwork, and have completed items shipped to their desired eligible location.

Custom merchandise may include items such as apparel, business materials, promotional products, printed goods, branded items, or other products offered through the website, invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement.


Customer-Provided Logos and Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use any logo, image, artwork, slogan, business name, design, file, or brand material uploaded or supplied to Simple Start Digital. Simple Start Digital is not responsible for unauthorized, copied, trademarked, misleading, illegal, low-quality, or improperly supplied materials provided by the customer.

Logo Design Services

If logo design is requested, the price, scope, revision limits, ownership terms, file delivery, and print-readiness will depend on the selected service, invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement. Logo design is not included with merchandise orders unless specifically listed in writing.

Print Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, layout, colours, logo placement, sizing, quantities, product type, shipping address, and all printable details before production. Once artwork, mockups, or order details are approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the final printed result.

Shipping Locations

Simple Start Digital currently supports shipping within Canada and the United States, unless otherwise stated. Shipping availability, delivery timelines, costs, taxes, duties, courier options, and handling fees may vary depending on the product, quantity, supplier, printer, destination, and delivery method.

Shipping Delays and Third Parties

Simple Start Digital is not responsible for delays, damages, lost packages, missed deliveries, supplier issues, printing delays, courier delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses, weather delays, or any issue caused by a third party outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, delivery, and order information before fulfillment. Additional costs may apply if incorrect information causes reprinting, reshipping, rerouting, or replacement.


Final Delivery and Payment

Final digital files, printed items, merchandise, recommendations, or completed work may be withheld until required payments are completed. Work or fulfillment may be paused if payment is late, declined, disputed, or incomplete.

Delivery of digital services, merchandise, or printed products does not guarantee business results, search rankings, website traffic, sales, customer inquiries, leads, followers, bookings, or revenue.


Policy Updates

Simple Start Digital may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version posted on the website or included in the applicable invoice, checkout page, proposal, or agreement will apply to the relevant service or purchase.
