Delays in providing required information may delay the project timeline. Simple Start Digital is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by missing, incomplete, or late client information.
Payments and Invoices
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be required before work begins, depending on the service. Some projects may require a deposit, partial payment, or full upfront payment.
Simple Start Digital may pause or delay work if payment is not received by the due date listed on the invoice or checkout page.
Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are handled according to the Simple Start Digital Refund Policy.
Because digital services involve time, planning, creative work, research, setup, and custom labour, payments may become non-refundable once work has started.

Revisions and Approvals

Revisions are meant to adjust or refine the agreed scope of work. Revisions do not include full redesigns, new service requests, major direction changes, or extra work outside the original agreement unless approved and quoted separately.
Once a client approves work, Simple Start Digital may consider that work complete.

Simple Start Digital may work with third-party platforms such as Wix, Google, social media platforms, payment processors, booking tools, apps, plugins, print providers, and other digital systems.
Simple Start Digital is not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, deleted content, technical issues, or policy updates outside of our control.
Clients are responsible for following the terms and policies of any third-party platforms they use.
Custom Work and Intellectual Property
Work created by Simple Start Digital remains the property of Simple Start Digital until the agreed payment is received in full.
Once full payment has been received, the client may use the completed and approved final work for their business, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Drafts, unused concepts, rejected designs, working files, internal notes, templates, and project systems may remain the property of Simple Start
Digital.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, images, fonts, content, trademarks, or materials they provide.
Merchandise and Printed Products
For custom merchandise, printed products, branded materials, or logo-based products, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production.
This includes:

Artwork quality
Once a custom item has entered production, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be available.
Limitation of Liability
